Limited technical information may also be generated through normal website, authentication and platform operation. Payment-related information may be received from or exchanged with the verified payment service used for checkout.

LabourDeskApp does not become the customer's employer, HR department or legal representative because information is entered into the platform.

Labourdesk (Pty) Ltd may use service providers where reasonably necessary for authentication, platform hosting, data storage, payment processing, communications, support, maintenance or security. Those providers may process limited information for the service they provide.

The current public checkout uses PayFast for payment processing. Provider locations, cross-border arrangements and contractual responsibilities depend on the applicable service arrangements and law.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used or intended to support the protection of personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. The appropriate measures may depend on the information and operational context.
